Managing Lean implementation in his/her shift
Track Performance of the lines
Supporting R&D for new product trials and launches
Gate keeping of IPS (Process Standards) and Weak Link standards
Leading Lean, productivity and recon savings program
Meeting the requirements Management system with in the plant such as Quality, Food Safety, GEHSMS and 14001 Environmental Management System in his/her area of responsible
Apply the personal performance system for the all front line employees in his/her shift
Perform the monthly team meetings and inform his/her teams with the team scores and take necessary actions.
Leading the QCDM meetings (gap to standards) with his/her teams for all production lines
Provide support to her/his staff to attend necessary trainings
Excellent command over both written & spoken English
Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking
An ability to drive innovation and brand growth
