Responsible for catalog management for distributors and customers (Top local key accounts)
Monitor the periodic meetings with distributors with sales representatives and distributors in accordance with future goals
Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,
Minimum 3 years of total sales experience gained in multinational FMCG companies (experienced in Account / Distributor Management)
You need to have strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills, 360°Account Management, Team Management and P&L Account Management experience,
