  • Identifying online business opportunities by detecting new trends, players, technologies and digital services
  • Develop market analysis to understand demand and identify potential online channel opportunities.
  • Plans and adapt brand strategies into e-commerce channel & customer strategies and execute the campaign processes.
  • Launching, managing, monitoring, tracking and optimizing e-commerce business plan with all stake holders

  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
  • Increasing sell-out with designing commercial events and marketing activations.
  • Managing the full cycle of customer event process by collaborating with other departments.
  • Ensure budgetary monitoring of E-Jbp
  • Following and reporting competitors and marketplaces campaigns, price policies, product ranges for online channels,
  • Merchandise website products/categories based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons and events, and website selling data
  • Create and share daily, weekly and monthly reports to management team
  • Ensure E-commerce benefits all, i.e. drives consumers and revenues to salons
  • 4 years’ university degree, preferably in Business and Commercial departments,
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience gained in multinational FMCG companies,
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills,
  • 360° account management, team management and P&L account management experience

·       4 years’ university degree, preferably Industrial Engineering / Computer Engineering


·       Minimum 3 years of experience preferably gained in FMCG industry for “Sales Operations Specialist”


·       Minimum 5 years of experience preferably gained in FMCG industry for “Senior Sales Operations Specialist”


·       Advanced level of Excel


·       Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills


·       Good communication and presentation ability


·       Excellent communication skills in English

  • Responsible for catalog management for distributors and customers (Top local key accounts)
  • Monitor the periodic meetings with distributors with sales representatives and distributors in accordance with future goals

  • Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
  • Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,

Minimum 3 years of total sales experience gained in multinational FMCG companies (experienced in Account / Distributor Management)


You need to have strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills, 360°Account Management, Team Management and P&L Account Management experience,

  • You will have a key role to develop and deploy category vision and strategy based on deep understanding of key growth drivers in categories, channels and clients, shopper’s understanding and insights, identifying additional source of growth both in online and offline environment.
  • You will develop a triple win (L’Oréal, Retailer and shopper) strategy, adequate mix activation plan and P&L of the category.
  • You will build a trustful relation with counterparts at retailer’s, gain category captaincies, monitor category projects rollout.
  • You should create category selling stories based on shopper insights and researches and lead category projects in all sale channnels both online and offline
  • You need to ensure customer plans are inline with company targets, category & brand strategies and track them regularly.
  • You will create channel specific actions that increase category basket size & shopper penetration.
  • You should manage the execution and pre/post analysis of promotions and develop best practice recommendations that improve trade investment effectiveness.
  • You will contribute on brand strategies to boost market share and profitable growth.
  • You need to provide shopper and customer insights to the commercial team to develop proper JBPs.
