What will you do as E-Commerce (Senior) Business Developer, Professionnal Products at L'Oréal?
- Identifying online business opportunities by detecting new trends, players, technologies and digital services
- Develop market analysis to understand demand and identify potential online channel opportunities.
- Plans and adapt brand strategies into e-commerce channel & customer strategies and execute the campaign processes.
- Launching, managing, monitoring, tracking and optimizing e-commerce business plan with all stake holders
- Liaison between sales, marketing and category development to align brand calendar and e-commerce calendar
- Coordinate e-jbp process with brand, commercial, digital and supply chain team
- Drive sales, conversion, traffic, site optimization and manage online business KPIs (category conversion, Average Order Value, L'Oréal Buyer #, etc…)
- Design, develop/adapt and implement online marketing campaigns aimed at improving the e-commerce funnel to generate revenue volume at client basis
- Work closely with marketing teams to define the online marketing process of the launches and projects.
- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current Ecommerce partners
- Deploy successful product listing, stock allocation, new launches, special offers and unique product bundles
- Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
- Increasing sell-out with designing commercial events and marketing activations.
- Managing the full cycle of customer event process by collaborating with other departments.
- Ensure budgetary monitoring of E-Jbp
- Following and reporting competitors and marketplaces campaigns, price policies, product ranges for online channels,
- Merchandise website products/categories based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons and events, and website selling data
- Create and share daily, weekly and monthly reports to management team
- Ensure E-commerce benefits all, i.e. drives consumers and revenues to salons
