Lead the implementation and enhancement of On-boarding processes, such as coordinating new hire schedules, facilitating orientations, and processing new hire paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
Create and maintain personnel files with a focus on ensuring compliance and confidentiality
Support the talent acquisition process with recruitment and selection of candidates if required
Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource Policies & drafting HR-related documentation
Assist with the maintenance of HRIS system, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting
Act as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations
Conduct and analyzes exit interviews to identify and recommend improvements to existing processes
Undertake tasks around performance management
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace
Ensure compliance with labor regulations across all Blueground sites
Participate in ongoing and/or ad hoc people projects as determined by the needs of the organization
Serve as the point of contact for vendors, facilities and team members
Perform receptionist functions, including answering and transferring calls on a multi-line telephone system, responding to routine inquiries, as well as receiving and directing clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Assist with ongoing monthly tasks including bill payments and other administrative duties to keep things humming smoothly
Facilitate daily mail collection and delivery, including distribution of packages
Support other team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other miscellaneous duties from time-to-time
