  • Drive and contribute to PepsiCo Food vision, strategy, and execution program by creating and delivering on short and long term company and brand plans that provide a sustainable, consistent, and healthy business foundation,
  • The scope including those brands that are currently within the portfolio (salty snacks, confectionary) and those non-existent categories (requiring New Business development or M&As),
  • Build brand and consumer value to create strong brands that cater to the needs of our consumers,
  • Develop and execute marketing communication programs to drive shopper engagement and maximize conversion
  • Demonstrates leadership owing the brand agenda and supporting the entire business to achieve planned targets and results,
  • To develop a strong team and bench to drive the business to the longer term vision, deliver brands’ annual sales volume, revenue and CM targets (volume, revenue, CM), build strong brands by best execution of AOP and Stratplan initiatives (brand KPIs, share, HTP),
  • Lead development of the commercial strategy for the new product / packaging / equipment / service including pricing, promotional strategy, distribution, merchandising,
  • Build strong communication programs for brands through ensuring best creative idea, best execution and best media planning (advertising efficiency index),
  • Drill for new consumer insights through consumer data analysis and interpretation, leverage business knowledge, insights and analytics to clearly identify problems to solve (shopper, customer, category and company),
  • Take major role in preparation of brands’ Annual Operating Plan (comprehensive, timely), build and lead brands’ full year activation calendar,
  • Contribute to Strategic Plan,
  • Manage brands’ A&M budget (deviation from target budget),
  • Influence sales and category leadership to ensure brand priorities are aligned and included in growth plans and algorithms.
