What will you do as Data & CRM Analyst at L'Oréal?
- Establish Data Strategy, gather data and insights and make accessible to Brand Marketing Teams.
- Support business units about data, modeling & interpreting considering e-2-e perspective.
- Create CRM Strategy for The brands with D2C Channels
- Create analytical models including Segmentation, Churn, Next Best Offer etc and design action plan
- Managing and Gathering business requirements and drawing scope.
- Ability to update Data Model and brief IT for implementation when necessary.
- Analyzing conversion rates and implementing A/B or MVT tests with Google Website Optimizer to get best ROI value,
- Analyzing data from Google Analytics to create customized reports calculating key performance indicators, metrics and trends,
- Planning of Google Analytics tracking codes or other web analytic tools to get data and improve engagement of sites,
- Being responsible for local/global tools on data/CRM
- Designing Analytics & Double-click Data Architecture
