What will you do as Account Executive (Europe), Consumer Products at L'Oréal?
- Create and implement an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.,
- Monitor the accounts’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed,
- Achieve monthly sales target, sharing joint business plan with accounts and business development meetings with field team to implement activities that will increase our visibility and our sales,
