What does Supply Chain Planning Specialist (for 12 months) do at PepsiCo Turkey? What are the duties and responsibilities?
- Manage all imports for Snacks in Turkey with many specific import & export regulations
- Create purchase order and share with the related team & supplier according to the terms which has been aligned in the agreement
- Daily follow up of orders, shipments based on i.e. MRP, Oracle or other systems being used and checking daily shipment list of suppliers if there is any issue or not and making alarms on time
- Manage system identification process for new customers by getting necessary information from the related teams and consolidating them for set up
- Ensure export file closing done on time and correct, deliver to finance on time and archive them
- Track whole export process from the order creation part to customs process done till truck leaves the border
- Analyze and providing input for monthly hold report to TU Finance.
- Determine CF inputs/plans to TU Finance monthly and prepayments for importation
- Solve operational problems with internal stakeholders and suppliers. i.e. GRNI, invoice, quality, etc.
- Calculate actual costs for import upon business needs.
- Ensure correct costs are paid for import & IC export.
- Execute process to solve issues related with despatch notes and invoices.
- Check customs regulations for each material and new materials.
- Manage & Ensure GCS’s to be applied. Act as Control Owner for the respective KC s. (PO issuance, Open PO).
- Manage import permissions and export incentive proces, Ministry Registry prior to import etc..according to regulations & international trade process.
- Complete customs clearance process of imported materials according to the weekly production plan
- Plan imported film, seasoning and ingredient categories to ensure their supply on time according to agreed lead time
