What will you do as Digital Project Manager, Luxe at L'Oréal?
- Strategize the digital media & communication for the brands at top line level AND lead the digital media upskilling of the marketing population
- Define campaign-level strategy for each brand through research, past learnings incorporating innovation and trends
- Build digital lower funnel and always-on / campaign-based digital media campaigns for e-commerce platforms and support marketing team to build their upper funnel media campaigns
- Create, follow up and report media campaign measurements to create top selling e-commerce brands for each channel
- Leverage Precision Advertising
- Lead SEO projects
- Lead Affiliate Media and create new affiliation models
- Enable Customer data and relationship flow for CRM working with CRM/Data team
