What will you do as Business Development Executive, Active Cosmetics Division at L'Oréal?
- Being part of Active Cosmetics Division - Pharmacy Channel and directly reports to the Business Development Manager
- Leading category and channel development projects through coordinating all stakeholders for excellent execution on the field.
- Responsible for providing consultancy service to Pharmacists on digitalization, professionalization, better shopper experiences, merchandising and category development
- Analyzing market data, shopper behaviours, competition and creates concrete actions plans with sales & marketing teams.
- Managing annual sell-out budget according to company's priorities and accounts' business objectives.
- Negotiating and monitoring key accounts' JBPs with sell out teams.
- Joining category management related customer meetings with Business Development Manager and track field executions
