- Experience in regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with the food legislation of EU, Turkey and WB
- Very well organized
- Detail oriented and punctual
- IT systems knowledge at the super user level (preferably Product Vision, PDMS or similar)
- Flexible attitude to work, highly results orientated
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Proactive, self-starter, Team player
- University degree (Food Technology/Science, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, )
- Excellent communication skills (including ability to interpret complex subject matter and summarize requirements, communicate with people of all levels)
- Ability to integrate into and influence different levels of the organization
- Ability to manage regulatory issues and provide insight to the business
