- Minimum bachelor’s degree level in a commercial subject?
- Account management and trade marketing experience gained in FMCG; proven track record /sales experience with key international or local retailers?
- Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum?
- Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing and/or Finance as an advantage?
- Fluency in English?
- Mobility for possible next level opportunities, domestic/international?

- All guidelines of 5P
- Improvement of financial profile of the brands he/she is responsible for
- Enabling sales team with relevant tools & toolkits for enabling Sales figures of the brand
- Developing channel specific ideas / promotions to be ahead of competition
- Understanding the needs of customers and shoppers alongside with their profile
