  • Assists in developing and executing marketing and promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption within budgeted parameters
  • Supports defining the brand’s packaging, advertising and promotion strategies and allocate the budget accordingly
  • Accountable for projects that help deliver the brand’s profit, volume and market share objectives
  • Coordinates product management projects with internal and external resources to achieve results (advertising agencies, market research, product development, production planning, trade activities, sales and consultants)

  • Prepare business updates and define insights/actions to support BM’s for the regular meetings (PMR, 16 Week, Stage&Gate presentations, Monthly Brand Audits, etc).
  • Close tracking of New Product Dveleopments with commercialization team to ensure flawless launch process
  • Leading social media planning with digital and media agency

  • Fresh graduates of maximum 2 years of work experience in marketing (preferably in the FMCG sector)
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related discipline
  • Strong communication skills in English & Turkish
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and preferably Nielsen database
  • Strong communication skills with other functions, departments and third parties
  • Creative, innovative personality with special interest in product development
  • Ability to analyze numerical data and drive business results
