  • 6+ years of relevant digital/brand marketing experience [FMCG industry beneficial]
  • Digital Marketing expert: Digital must be his/her passion: constantly updated on new trends, social media fanatic, knows and explains best cases from brands around the globe, etc… but always from the brand management lens: understands consumer insights, plans media to build equity, able to deal with consumers and customers.
  • Strong experience in digital media & content production
  • Strategist - creative, autonomous, results-oriented, with high capacity leadership to influence others, ensure teamwork, and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships and take others with you.
  • Cross-cultural abilities - able to understand different stakeholders needs, develop aligned plans in environments of diversity and uncertainty, and work with a positive “make it happen” attitude. [multiple languages is beneficial but not necessary]
  • Analytical skills – create robust analysis and meaningful insights to drive actions and highlight opportunities
  • Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes, sometimes at the last minute.
  • Inspire others – ability to engage broad range of stakeholders both through compilation of compelling and persuasive presentations and ability to deliver.
  • Innovative and entrepreneurial - keen interest in brand engagement platforms, digital business models and new technology advances

If you want to be a part of our amazing team, we are looking for a Brand Manager / Senior Brand Manager for the following responsibilities;


  • Manage RB Hygiene categories within the context of the agreed strategies to maximise long term sales and profitability
  • Develop, recommend and lead the execution of local marketing plans for assigned brands and manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget
  • Contribute to identifying Innovation and bringing them to live directly or by influencing key stakeholders
  • Develop, recommend and execute annual marketing plan activities, including local media strategy and plans
  • Initiate and manage market research projects to understand consumers and deliver powerful consumer and customer insights as to the basis for long term brand growth
  • Lead the development of local copy strategy/ executions and/ or to ensure adaptation possible for other regions, based on consumer understanding and local needs
  • Be in close co-operation with the Sales function and Trade Marketing, identify trade needs/ opportunities, developing pricing and distribution strategies and trade promotions for assigned brands
  • Manage and coach the Brand Marketing Specialist(s) on a daily basis
  • Work on other tasks assigned by manager

Digital Marketing


  • Develop, implement digital marketing strategies, plans, activations working closely with brand teams and media team.
  • Create brand based digital calendar plan and engagement platforms, setting the direction on what will be delivered and ensuring that digital channel needs are considered from the beginning of the ideation process,
  • Orchestrate the digital media planning, buying and digital content launches for all brands
  • Orchestrate the digital asset productions from initiation to final asset delivery with related brand teams
  • Manage digital channels: social media channels, brand websites
  • Responsible of digital reporting dashboards 
  • Lead content approval tool
  • Deliver clear reviews of activity performance vs. plan and define future recommendations to optimize, improve digital performance
  • Manage and lead relations with digital media agencies
  • Lead/support/consult all digital touchpoints with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with digital marketing transformation team lead, coordinate and execute the key initiatives: platform investment decisions, ROI studies, third party projects, technology, tool deployments, test & learn agenda etc.


PEP Creative Studio


  • Lead team for brand engagement delivery: creative, strategy and production to ensure best in class work is delivered
  • Lead team for creative solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
  • Support and manage the cost efficiency, quality of brand engagements, creatives
  • Maintain constant communication with brand contacts enabling an ever-present pulse on activation of the engagement
  • Ensure team is aligned and resourced appropriately across all projects, productions
  • Support team in developing debriefs, strategies. Supports team in digital marketing strategies and media planning requirements
  • Ensure team implements best practices and creates ideas/campaigns based on guidelines
