What does Sales Transformation Manager do at PepsiCo Turkey? What are the duties and responsibilities?
- Own and manage the rollout of Digital Ordering Platform including all necessary improvements/adjustments to be done to reflect customers’ needs.
- Develop right selling approach to our customers and build change management plan in order to successfully transition our customers to this new way of doing business with PepsiCo
- Support implementation of GTM changes in the field sales force structure as a result of digital initiatives
- Observe and manage the transition periods to identify the improvement opportunities, share the solution proposals with relevant parties to help build better solutions. Get learnings and share with related parties.
- Develop a deep understanding of consumer/customer behavior data over the platforms and leverage insights to inform data-driven decision making
- Develop standard scorecards to track performance, problem solve issues, create actionable plans and find new opportunities
- Plan and execute the future strategies and expansion plans of digital order in alignment with other teams.
- Supervise design and implementation of sales efficiency projects in warehouse (night loading & truck loading projects), in trucks (new rack systems, new loading materials) and in distributor offices (stales process, inventory controls)
- Prepare Cost To Serve(CTS) analysis in order to determine the most suitable working condition of POS.
- Design different frequency model executions to ensure benefit (volume growth or productivity) is delivered
- Determine the most suitable GTM model at different channel dynamics
