- To take an active role in to study according to the growth figures shared by the demand team, support the next year's AOP – ACP Volumes for potato.
- Based on AOP – ACP volumes and prices ,to get write- up’s – risk assessment , contract compliance and potato / potato seed volume- price table approvals from the BU finance department .
- Responsible for all Chemical and Fertilizer purchase contracts and recording to contracts and protocols into the selectica system , follow up supplier payments and sharing orders with suppliers.
- Responsible for all Chemical and Fertilizer purchase contracts and recording to contracts and protocols into the selectica system , follow up supplier payments and sharing orders with suppliers.
- Opening all agro purchase orders and sharing order forms with suppliers in Oracle system.( potato – potato seed – fertilizer and chemicals)
- According to the revised volumes ,review supply balance and prepare presentation.
- To calculate potato variance monthly basis.
- To be responsible for designing the input price basket model for next year's potato price forecast.
- Annual follow-up of the production cost and sales price of other agricultural products (sunflower - beet - wheat).
- Recording to all productivity datas in to the system.
- Prepare KPI Reports for both 3 plants monthly.
- Follow up of new projects ( docu-sign – SPA- E-auction) .
