Fresh graduation from university preferably in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Statistics or similar fields

Fluency in written and spoken English

JOB DESCRIPTION

Supports category management in preparing local category strategies

Delivers service for the Category Strategy Development program and serves as contact person for Finance / Market / Competition / Customer related topics

Prepares Excel & Power Point for output of analyses

Works in a close relationship with Trade Marketing / Controlling / Operations / Supply Chain teams for customer surveys / financial analysis and implementation

Supports delivery of key Category Strategy Development meetings in country

Follow-up implementation of approved category strategies in stores by using exit plans and planograms

Track and trace performance of Category Strategy Development in categories after implementation
