- Assess the existing legacy specifications (in partnership with the local regulatory manager) and provide the input for the specification upgrade to the PD specification owner*
- Act as Regulatory Reviewer and Approver of Ingredient data package (of Legacy ingredient specifications) in the system
- Review Ingredient data package for compliance with new PEPSICO standards and regulatory requirements of the material/jurisdiction where used
- Identify information gaps and work with cross-functional teams to obtain the necessary information to achieve compliance with PEPSICO standards and regulatory requirements and final regulatory approval
- Track progress and provide regular reports/updates
- Consult colleagues on national regulatory requirements where relevant
- Partner with other Regulatory approvers and the IDP EER lead to ensure consistent interpretations and approval
