Net Revenue Management has been and will be the critical, sustainable topline & bottomline growth  driver for PepsiCo Turkey. Net Revenue Management Capability tackles the way we enable and execute this growth lever and aims to create the necessary evolution needed to stay competitive and to win in a constantly changing business and commercial landscape.


The main responsibilities of Net Revenue Management Analyst will be:


Support developing a  3-5 year NRM Capability Roadmap working closely with commercial stakeholders and sales finance, conduct relevant supporting analysis & engage relevant market unit functional leads to support as required.
Support the NRM 2.0 program development and execute in  Turkey BU to cover all revenue management levers: Price elasticity; promotion effectiveness; mix management.  This includes automation of basic NRM analytical tasks and leveraging big data to unlock complex business and demand drivers.
Lead/ support projects on NRM Systems and Process development to infuse right capabilities to unlock growth across both Traditional and Organized Trade while enabling increased spending visibility and effectiveness.
In partnership with key functions (Insights, IT, GTM Strategy etc), define the future state differentiated RM capability required to cater for key growth channels and challenges: E-Commerce; Away from Home; Direct to Consumer; Personalized Value.
Partner with the Strategic Foresights & Shopper Insights teams, as well as external agencies to define the next generation approach to Pack, Price & Promotional research, data & optimisation techniques, including leverage of big data and development of a “personalised value” proposition.
Partner with the Sales Capability lead to build plans to equip our Sales Teams with inherent Revenue Management capability and input to the future talent model for Sales.
Consolidating and mapping disparate data sources (internal & external) combined with market leading analytics to drive real time insight in order to gain competitive advantage.
Engage and project manage external 3rd party suppliers as required (Data & Analytics experts) to get to robust solutions that can be rolled out in Turkey Business Unit.

  • 4 - 5 years experience in an organised trade environment.
  • Exposure and understanding of category management principals within the organised trade environment.
  • Basic computing skills: Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Colloborate and represent supply team in the field of NPD and in&out related proejcts


Working very close with commercialization, marketing, sales and demand planning on end-to-end new product development


Managing the end to end supply planning process, supply bottlenecks and similar issues for innovation and channel based projects


Managing and controlling inventory levels for customer specific projects


Working collaboratively with Customer Service on stock allocation especially for channel based projects


Optimizing planning parameters in coordination with the Network Specialist


Providing feedback to S&OP team for material availability and supply related issues


Establishing and maintaining safety stock and inventory balances at lowest feasible levels


Managing supply planning activities related to the phase-in and phase-out of finished goods and components together with the demand planners across the region


Working on projects with manufacturing leaders in order to promote innovation and increase efficiency


Reporting the performance KPIs on daily/weekly/monthly basis

  • University graduate, preferably in engineering or business major,
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Strategic thinking skills,
  • Project management,
  • Analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Good understanding of financial and commercial dynamics,
  • Consumer Centric design mindset.

BU Sustaianbility role responsabilities


  • Leading the BU glidepath definition and evolution , under direction of Director Collaborating across the Focus Areas to lay out that path for the Turkey BU and updating and iterating as part of the annual cycle so BU has a clear and transparent path to its goals
  • Orchestrating cross functional teams locally to plan and execute successful deployment of solutions
  • Providing governance and transparency over target delivery, deployment readiness, cost of action & open gaps
  • Feeding back to Focus Area leaders (directly or indirectly) market needs vs existing planned or ready solutions
  • Working with multiple teams including PPGA, Agro, Climate Focus Area teams, MEM and Cateogry Marketing and Comms teams to ensure Brand Purpose agenda is well supported
  • Maintaininig the governance of the agenda, including ensuring performance transparency. Ownership of the pep+ scorecard
  • Orchestrating potential local sustainability reports along with Corporate Affairs.
  • Seeking and coordinating with procurement grants access.


Agro and MEM Lead Market role responsabilities


  • Work with Corporate Affairs manager to Identify specific BU relevant local programs to support Regen Ag objectives with specific focus on protecting local habitats and improve livelihoods of local farmers
  • Supporting the execution of the Positive agriculture agenda in market, working on all Agro areas as relevant for the BU, but specifically supplier sourced agro materials
  • Work with MEM manager to identify improvement needs of MEM, increase recycled metarials and upgrade coolers to reduce carbon emission.
  • Working with Turkey and Sector Agro / Procurement and MEM/ SC teams to develop / scorecard relevant KPIs
  • Ensuring alignment of the Agro and sustainable MEM workplanwith BU LT to confirm support for the agenda and proposed outcomes

Education/Certifications:


  • Minimum Qualification: University degree (marketing, economics beneficial) 



Work Experience:


  • Experience in Brand management (FMCG) no less than 7 years;

  • Preferred: Prior Marketing Brand building experience within consumer packaged goods;



Requirements:


  • Marketing and financial literacy;

  • Strong success record in product/ brand management across all 4 Ps;

  • Strong leadership skills;

  • Ability to effectively collaborate, communicate and influence in a matrix environment;

  • Combination strong analytical skills and creative thinking and problem solving skills;

  • Be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced dynamic environment;

  • English: written and verbal no less than upper-intermediate.
