1-2 years of experience in business analytics (preferably FMCG companies, media houses, research agencies)

Minimum 2 years professional experience
Financial knowledge & commercial understanding
Fluent in English
good knowledge of MS Office
Operating knowledge of how to commercialize innovations (including Stage Gate management)
Commercial negotiation skills and/or commercial supply chain experience
Good understanding of market research methods
Understand channels/trade P&L
Strong commercial negotiation skills
Working within a complex, fluid x-functional environment
Managing significant amounts of change and being able to influence a broad base of x-functional stakeholders & peers

Manage and maintain the quality inspection and product release programs for incoming materials and finished goods.

Continuous improvement by maintaining improvement studies in quality and food safety projects

Organize audits, support multifunctional projects, continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor daily quality activities

Initiate, review and update quality reports

Manage consumer complaints & related actions for performance increase

Manage pest control programme

Ensure continuity of HACCP systems and review the systems with HACCP team

Organize AIB and FSSC audits, lead the food safety team and analyze the findings and ensure necessary actions are taken to prevent re-occurance

All activities should be conducted inline with PepsiCo Health and Safety System and ISO 14001 Environmental System

Monitor performances and maintenance activities for laboratory equipments

Perform the trainings related with laboratory and quality standards

Track and manage supplier related complaints.

University degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
1 - 3 years' experience
Excellent command of English, written and verbal
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work multi-task, effective time management skills
Good communication and team work skills
Create an environment of inclusion

Preparing and publishing following reports on a quarterly basis:
Competitor studies
Tracking global and Turkish new players in the market and analysis
Collecting and analyzing information about the existing players in the organized trade
Collecting and analyzing information about global players
Macro economic studies: Quarterly analysis of macroeconomic indicators and preparing the presentation
Creating and publishing weekly news of competitors & trade ecosystem: new product, new communication etc.
Preparing and regular update of company presentation to be shared with external teams
Regular tracking and reporting of global / local articles and news on following topics: Macro - consumer - marketing – technology
