• Minimum high school degree


• A very good level of English,


• Ability to work a shift,


• Command over MS Office programmes,


• Proper diction and strong communication skills,


• Ability to persuade,


• Ability to adapt to fast-paced work,


• Able to work in a team,


• For male candidates, having completed the military service or deferred it for minimum 2 years.


JOB DESCRIPTION


We are looking for a teammate who will be in charge of meeting the customer requests and transactions for 24/7, uninterruptedly, coming via audio and/or chat through various communications channels serving with high quality (Telephone, Fastpay, MobilDeniz, Skype etc). You can also take your first step into the Banking carrier in a Call Center Assistant position at Deniz. If you meet the above criteria, we are looking forward to your application.
