Assess the existing legacy specifications (in partnership with the local regulatory manager) and provide the input for the specification upgrade to the PD specification owner*
Act as Regulatory Reviewer and Approver of Ingredient data package (of Legacy ingredient specifications) in the system
Review Ingredient data package for compliance with new PEPSICO standards and regulatory requirements of the material/jurisdiction where used
Identify information gaps and work with cross-functional teams to obtain the necessary information to achieve compliance with PEPSICO standards and regulatory requirements and final regulatory approval
Track progress and provide regular reports/updates
Consult colleagues on national regulatory requirements where relevant
Partner with other Regulatory approvers and the IDP EER lead to ensure consistent interpretations and approval
Pioneer a new way to engage with customers digitally and utilize a data-driven approach using key insights coming from the digital interactions to drive future growth for PepsiCo in Traditional Trade channel
Own and manage the rollout of Customer Engagement Platform across all Europe markets including all necessary improvements/adjustments to be done to reflect customers’ needs across each and every market
Lead day to day engagements with the cross functional scrum teams including BU and Sector Commercial and IT resources
For each market, facilitate the process to understand key business objectives and customer pain points, understand existing technology solutions and dependencies, support platform development by converting business needs into development agenda.
Own, prioritize and communicate the Product Backlog and work together with BU’s product business owners, IT team, 3rd party vendors, agencies & global/sector teams to deliver on it
Propose and co-develop digital campaign mechanisms and activation plans, working in collaboration with the BU’s product business owners and share high ROI campaign mechanics with other BUs
Develop standard scorecards to track performance, problem solve issues, create actionable plans and find new opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of consumer/customer behavior data over the platforms and leverage insights to inform data-driven decision making working collaboratively with BU and Advanced Analytics teams
Develop right selling approach to our customers and build change management plan with Sector Transformation team in order to successfully transition our customers to this new way of making business with PepsiCo
Build future commercial digital roadmap to continually improve Customer Engagement Platform and ensure alignment with BUs and Sector teams on the prioritization and timing of detail features & capabilities
Ensure value realization targets are achieved over the horizon of the implementation
Identify & share best practices and insights coming from each BU, other sectors and other external companies
