  • Management of all loading/unloading activities in Finished Goods Warehouse in accordance with the company's goals and standards,
  • Preparing and publishing department weekly shift plans
  • Ensuring the optimum work order with the least personnel in the Finished Goods Warehouse, thus providing the maximum benefit from the workforce,
  • Ensuring service to sales by non-stop truck loading
  • Ensuring effective use of WMS system in stacking and loading with the principle of FIFO based on the expiry date.
  • Management of all pallet process and multipack operations in 3PL warehouses.
  • Participating to monthly and yearly inventory counts.
  • Taking and implementing necessary precautions in order to prevent all kinds of waste in the warehouse and to minimize the time losses,
  • Ensuring all equipments and assets of department are clean and fully in-service.
  • Managing all maintenance and improvement processes of Warehouse assets
  • Preparing projects and studies that will increase efficiency and quality
  • Taking necessary occupational health and safety measures and ensuring that the rules on this issue are followed
  • Ensuring Finished Goods Warehouse and the sections accepted as its attachments are clean and tidy
  • Tracking and reporting KPI’s of operations.
  • Execute the roadmap to develop an agile, adaptable Supply Chain network
  • To execute Move Productivity plans in the areas of E2E Supply Chain Operations, delivering multiyear productivity programs while playing a key role in the coordination of initiatives across the functions
  • Implement and supports programmes with a focus on Productivity to develop supply chain that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.
  • Infusing Supply Chain Best Practices for both Snacks and Beverage business to realize cost minimization and service and operational efficiency maximization. 
  • Define the need for tactical intervention to solve issues and Identify improvement opportunities and drive them as productivity projects 
  • Provide proactive analytics and recommended actions in the areas of cost and KPI improvement
  • Leverage operations expertise to identify and develop transformation opportunities
  • Leverage Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Process: LSS Experience Preferred
  • Prepare/Improve supply chain processes, such as workflows, cycle times, or system flow
  1. To take an active role in to study according to the growth figures shared by the demand team, support the next year's AOP – ACP Volumes for potato.
  2. Based on AOP – ACP volumes and prices ,to get write- up’s – risk assessment , contract compliance and potato / potato seed volume- price table approvals from the BU finance department .
  3. Responsible for all Chemical and Fertilizer purchase contracts and recording to contracts and protocols into the selectica system , follow up supplier payments and sharing orders with suppliers.

  5. Opening all agro purchase orders and sharing order forms with suppliers in Oracle system.( potato – potato seed – fertilizer and chemicals)
  6. According to the revised volumes ,review supply balance and prepare presentation.
  7. To calculate potato variance monthly basis.
  8. To be responsible for designing the input price basket model for next year's potato price forecast.
  9. Annual follow-up of the production cost and sales price of other agricultural products (sunflower - beet - wheat).
  10. Recording to all productivity datas in to the system.
  11. Prepare KPI Reports for both 3 plants monthly.
  12. Follow up of new projects ( docu-sign – SPA- E-auction) .
  • Managing and developing the Electrical technicians,
  • Able to use root cause analysis methods such as 5 why, fishbone in failure and loss of productivity issues,
  • To manage Predictive, Planned, Preventive, Corrective and Reactive maintenance activities,
  • In necessary cases; managing the process by communicating with OEM companies for spare parts supply and maintenance activities
  • Organizing, managing and supervising the subcontractors,
  • To follow the budgets of the department, to plan and manage business plans accordingly and to ensure efficient use of resources,
  • Leading new Capex projects, to execute according to technical specifications and PepsiCo requirements,
  • Participating in Lean agenda, Standard work projects, Productivity projects and improvement projects in the Plant and taking an active role in related issues.
  • To follow up energy consumption data and support reporting. Taking action with the technical systems manager and electrical maintenance supervisor when necessary,
  • Communicates with the government agencies and improves existing relations,
  • Own and manage the rollout of Digital Ordering Platform including all necessary improvements/adjustments to be done to reflect customers’ needs.
  • Develop right selling approach to our customers and build change management plan in order to successfully transition our customers to this new way of doing business with PepsiCo
  • Support implementation of GTM changes in the field sales force structure as a result of digital initiatives
  • Observe and manage the transition periods to identify the improvement opportunities, share the solution proposals with relevant parties to help build better solutions. Get learnings and share with related parties.
  • Develop a deep understanding of consumer/customer behavior data over the platforms and leverage insights to inform data-driven decision making
  • Develop standard scorecards to track performance, problem solve issues, create actionable plans and find new opportunities
  • Plan and execute the future strategies and expansion plans of digital order in alignment with other teams.
  • Supervise design and implementation of sales efficiency projects in warehouse (night loading & truck loading projects), in trucks (new rack systems, new loading materials) and in distributor offices (stales process, inventory controls)
  • Prepare Cost To Serve(CTS) analysis in order to determine the most suitable working condition of POS.
  • Design different frequency model executions to ensure benefit (volume growth or productivity) is delivered
  • Determine the most suitable GTM model at different channel dynamics
