Ensuring efficient production runs on production lines for his/her responsibility
Track Performance in production Lines lines for his/her responsibility (basic, oil, seasoning, packaging efficiencies) for all shifts
Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchs
Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards
Define and plan the all shift needs for production lines for his/her responsibility
Ensuring food safety on all production lines for his/her responsibility
Ensuring people safety on all production lines for his/her responsibility
Lead to the quality and producutivity projects production lines for his/her responsibility
Coordinating communication of all related production teams in his/her responsibility
Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchs
Meeting the requirements Management system with in the plant such as GEHSMS and 14001 Environmental Management System in his/her area of responsible
Support to shift operations manager to lead the weekly performance meeting wih his/her lines .
Provide to the technical trainings for production operators to increase the capability
Gate keeping of IPS and Weak Link standards contribute to ensure that
Contribute to the ensure the cross functional innovative projects.
Coordinate and planning the maintenance requirements production lines for his/her responsibility with the maintenance team
Supports the Kaizen Process position for process improvements are consistent with improvements in global value chain. Review and verified on the shopfloor daily or weekly flow of the value chain
Responsible for the managing the standard works (shop floor and leader standard work) for plant.
Focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in both the material and information flows
Report monthly indicators of continuous improvement plan: Advance Lean transformation process monitoring, VSM Strategic Plan.
Min 9 years of brand and team management experience in FMCG sector
Perfect command of English
Good level of ATL&BTL knowledge
Ability to work with virtual teams in a multi-functional, multi-cultural environment
Strong strategic mindset, creative act and solid analytical thinking
Proactive, think & act ahead: able to project in the future
Thinking out of the box to solve complex problems by smart & pragmatic solutions with strong time management capability

Bachelor’s degree preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field
Supply Chain experience (+5 years)
Project Management experience (+2 years)
Ability to manage multiple projects of varying priorities simultaneously
LSS Trainings and proven projects in Supply Chain
Know-how in FMCG business
High levels of analytical and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
Advanced spoken & written English skills
Good communication and influencing skills with stakeholders to build collaboration and drive tangible action
Strong computer skills (MS Office & various SC tools such as WMS, VMI, TMS, etc.)
