• Responsible for management of Inventory, COGS calculation, Inventory adjustments, management of reserve calculation for general and specific situations, Month-end / Year end closings
  • Maintain monthly closing processes to be performed accurately
  • Maintain material information in the system to make relevant updates / corrections
  • Prepare period-end closing reports
  • Perform USGAAP/Local ledger controls during closing periods
  • Track write off materials, including writing them off from the system, on weekly/monthly basis
  • Activate new SKU stock codes (finish goods, rack, spare parts, other Raw materials) in the system
  • Perform inventory adjustments
  • Prepare inventory count schedules, deliver inventory list for the count, compare inventory count results with the system, and prepare inventory count result reports
  • Track in-transit inventory and batch closing process
  • Define new organizations, subinventories and locators in the system
  • Prepare Monthly KPI reports
  • Prepare monthly Write off, period cost etc. monitoring reports
  • Attend inventory counts occasionally
  • Provide support to Logistics / Production / Marketing teams
  • Define free product codes in the system
  • System mapping of new items to make accurate accounting
  • Report inventory count differences with trend report
  • Prepared and send Cogs VAT file to Tax department monthly

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or MBA degree
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience with a finance focus
  • Experience in product costing, big 4 audit experience is a plus (ERP system knowledge is an asset)
