  • Making sure that receiving of Finished Goods from production, stocking of the products, providing loading, unloading and counting operation of all kinds of, deposits, finished goods which has sent from other plants or warehouses with their records and documents
  • Application of FIFO (First In First Out) rule for shipment and during stocking
  • Make sure of daily physical inventory for finished goods and deposits and deliver to relevant departments
  • Management of returnable deposits (pallet, glass returnable bottle, premix tank, CO2 tank.. etc)
  • Making counting operation annually and monthly by attending counting committee composed by finance group
  • Providing shipment of the order which is formed in the system by sales team the day before and ensuring service to sales by non stop truck loading
  • Providing safety in the warehouse by taking precautions and prevent people who doesn’t have any permission to enter the system
  • In order to achieve productivity target forming vacation, working order plan for the employee and implement this plan accurately
  • Implementing Health and Safety rules and performing requirements for Environmental Sustainability
  • Providing the company rules to the people who are direct report of him/her to work according to obey the code of conducts. Conducting and managing the employee rights such as vacation, overtime, absence
  • Attending to studies for Quality, Safety, Environmental Management System, Food Safety and GCS systems and providing applications for Logistic Department
  • In order to providing continuous improvement, measuring performance of all departments in terms of business and people
  • Determining and defining equipment and investment needs and with respect to these needs building projects and taking place in these projects
  • Managing Annual Operation Plan in terms of budgets, headcount, targets
  • Management of Logistics Department’s MOH; S&D Budgets and Capital Expense
  • Measuring the food safety performance of LSP’s and chasing them for their quality and inform relevant departments
  • Working in accordance with code of conduct
  • Following legal statue regarding with his/her responsible area, informing to management steering committee for any changes and applications
  • Providing information exchange between other Plants and supporting for coordination
  • For all maintenance operation, working in compliance with ISO 14001 environmental management system and its instruction
  • Obeying rules that are determined in Environmental Management System for waste management and resource conservation
  • Informing Environmental executive for incompliance or drawback
  • Meet the requirements of GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documentation related with in his/her area of responsible
  • Tracking and reporting KPI’s of operations

Pepsico Bodrum ve Marmaris Bölgesi'nde pazarlama ekipmanları yönetimi departmanında pazarlama ekipmanları saha sorumlusu olarak görevlendirmek üzere aşağıdaki kriterlere uygun ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz;


  • Sorumlu olduğu bölgede Müşteri beklentilerini karşılamak ve aşmak üzere pazarlama ekipmanlarının montaj, bakım ve servis faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesini sağlamak. Pazarlama ekipmanlarının sahaya hazır halde bulunmasını sağlamak, ekipman stok seviyelerini kontrol etmek. Teknisyen faaliyetlerini yönetmek.,
  • Ekipman takip ve kontrolü için gerekli prosedürlere ait dökümantasyonu ve işlemleri (EWO , EMO ,senet ,irsaliye ,aktarım ,sayım vs.) güncel ve zamanında takibi sağlamak.
  • Ekipman yönetimi ve müşteri yönetimini şirketin belirlemiş olduğu hedefler dahilinde gerçekleştirecek,
  • Ekipmanların servis,bakım ve tamirini zamanında, profesyonelce , en az maliyetle yaptırabilmek için liderlik etmek
  • Teknisyenlerin günlük ve haftalık iş planlarını yapmak
  • Ekipman taleplerini gözden geçirerek örnekleme yolu ile ziyaret etmek, MEM Bölge Müdürü’ne raporlamak
  • Sorumluluklarını yerine getirme ve bakım standartlarını (ekipmanlar, servis, periyodik bakım, araç temizliği, aletler, yedek parça) belirleme konusnda MEM proseslerini anlama ve uygulama
  • Genel müşteri davranışlarını ve ekipman performansını göz önünde bulundurarak müşteri taleplerini karşılayabilmek.
  • Teknik konularda ekibinin eksiklerini liderlik ve rehberlik ederek giderme
  • Ekipman kullanımları konusunda müşteriye eğitim vermek
  • Müşteriye servis ve verimliliği arttırmak için sistem ve prosesleri(KPIs,skorboord…) takip etmek
  • Bodrum'da ikame edecek ve planlar doğrultusunda Marmaris, Fethiye'ye seyahat ederek konaklayacak,
  • University Graduate in Logistics (4 years), Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • 7 to 10 year experience in Customer Service or Logistics related roles in FMCG. Additional experience in other SC roles is an asset.
  • Customer facing (or management) experience
  • Advanced use of MS Office Programs (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Service (OFR & OTIF) and OSA E2E route cause analysis knowledge both technically and in practice
  • Proficiency working with complex data sourced by Salesforce,CRM, B2B, or directly from customer
  • Project management. (OSA, OTIF, OTI,Cost To Serve, GTM, Transformation projects preferred)
  • Digital Experience is an asset –experience of building solutions digitally
  • Great expertise in Oracle, Sales ERP and its reporting tools such as discover
  • Competent in order capturing methods for instance B2B, EDI etc…

Bachelor degree in faculty of engineering (Electric/electronics eng, mechanical eng, mechatronics eng. preferred)


Fluent English skills (both verbal & writing)
