Create and implement an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.,

Being part of Active Cosmetics Division - Pharmacy Channel and directly reports to the Business Development Manager
Responsible for providing consultancy service to Pharmacists on digitalization, professionalization, merchandising and category development
Analyzing market data, competition and creates concrete actions plans with sales team
Managing annual sell-out budget according to company's priorities and accounts' business objectives.
Negotiating and monitoring key accounts' JBPs.
Joining category management related customer meetings with Business Development Manager and track field executions
