- Üniversitelerin 4 yıllık lisans eğitimi veren İşletme, İktisat, Mühendislik bölümlerinden mezun,
- 4 büyük denetim şirketlerinde 3-4 yıl denetim tecrübesi olan,
- İleri seviyede İngilizce okuma, yazma, konuşma yetkinliği olan,
- Genel muhasebe standartları, UFRS ve raporlama konularında bilgi sahibi
- MS Office programlarını (özellikle excel ve powerpoint) çok iyi seviyede kullanabilen, tercihen Oracle EBS tecrübesine sahip,
- Sözlü ve yazılı iletişimi güçlü, etkili sunum becerilerine sahip,
- Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme yeteneği gelişmiş,
- Sonuç odaklı çalışan ve çalıştığı ekibe değer katan,
- Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış.
- Manage complex, multi-faceted projects, systems in order to optimize the costs and efficacy of actions undertaken in accordance with the standards and good practices set down by Internal Control by maintaining constant links with his/her contacts (e.g. customer benefits, value analysis, cost analysis etc.).
- Have a key role for monthly closing and reporting process within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group.
- Actively participate in financial planning process in rolling estimates (trend) and budget periods in collaboration with other business functions
- Monitor costs and carry out all analyses required to identify risks and opportunities and to propose the appropriate actions
