REQUIRED QUALIFICATION :


- Bachelor’s degree


- Minimum 4 years of digital marketing experience


- Prior experience on Programmatic, Search, CRM 


- Proven record on delivering personalization at scale


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :


- Brand management experience


- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google and Facebook advertising systems

4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,


2-3 years of experience in related job assignment


Advanced level of MS Office Applications, SQL Language, Knime, R, BI reporting tools


Proficiency on data modelling/mining techniques


Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, IBM, Google

Establish B2B/B2C/B2B2C Data Strategy, gather data and insights and make accessible to Brand Marketing, Sales and Consultancy Teams.


Support business units about data, modeling & interpreting considering e-2-e perspective.


Create CRM Strategy for the brands


Sets a recruitment strategy of data from different sources that will enrich CRM to guarantee the best interactions


Create analytical models including Segmentation, Churn, Next Best Offer etc and design action plans


Managing and Gathering business requirements and drawing scope.


Work together with Sales Operation teams on optimising the B2B sales data. Search for new systems/AI tools to improve business intelligence.


Ability to update Data Model and brief IT for implementation when necessary.


Defines KPIs and dashboards to track and optimize marketing strategies


Being responsible for local/global tools on data/CRM


Analyzing data from Google Analytics to create customized reports calculating key performance indicators, metrics and trends,


Planning of Google Analytics tracking codes or other web analytic tools to get data and improve engagement of sites,


Analyzing conversion rates and implementing A/B or MVT tests with Google Website Optimizer to get best ROI value,


Defines valuable content for Stylists based on customer segmentation
