  • Manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of On-boarding processes, such as coordinating new hire schedules, facilitating orientations, and processing new hire paperwork, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
  • Create and maintain personnel files with a focus on ensuring compliance and confidentiality
  • Support the talent acquisition process with recruitment and selection of candidates if required
  • Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resource Policies & drafting HR-related documentation
  • Assist with the maintenance of HRIS system, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations
  • Conduct and analyzes exit interviews to identify and recommend improvements to existing processes
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict free workplace
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations across all Blueground sites
  • Participate in ongoing and/or ad hoc people projects as determined by the needs of the organization

  • Serve as the point of contact for vendors, facilities and team members
  • Perform receptionist functions, including answering and transferring calls on a multi-line telephone system, responding to routine inquiries, as well as receiving and directing clients/visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with ongoing monthly tasks including bill payments and other administrative duties to keep things humming smoothly
  • Facilitate daily mail collection and delivery, including distribution of packages
  • Support other team members with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other miscellaneous duties from time-to-time
  • Be responsible for the smooth operation of the office
  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or business administration
  • 3-5 years experience related to several aspects of HR, including HR Coordinator or Generalist duties
  • Fluency in English
  • Good knowledge of employment / labor laws across Turkey
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Experience processing payroll, benefits administration and working with an HRIS system
  • Strong organization skills, including ability to proactively follow up on ongoing projects, and strict attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain flexible in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Demonstrated sound judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters effectively
